Trainer Profile......

Bev O'Keefe has been involved with horses from her teenage years onwards. Her first involvement with quarter horses was approximately 30 years ago when Bev came accross an unbroken purebred mare by the name of 'Dollar Dans Chick' (By Chickasa Dan Imp). This mare went on to be broken in by Bev and Denis, and it was her fantastic temperament and natural ability sparked the beginning of Bevs involvement with quarter horses.


Bevs showing career began when she started competing in improver classes on a 1st cross gelding 'Gemmas Little John', who was bred and trained by Bev and Denis. Bev then began competing in amateur classes, and several years later after training and showing a number of horses began winning state and national titles in amateur and open divisions (aboard her home bred gelding 'Two Bar Mingo' and then her extremely talented gelding 'Charmers Suprise' dec. by MBJ Charmer Imp) Bev then stepped into the professional ranks to begin fulfilling her lifelong ambition to train horses and riders.
